The story of Rose lipszyc
Made in collaboration with kamp Vught. This short film aims to tell the story of Rose Lipszyc, A jewish woman who survived the holocaust. The project was made in collaboration between Lou Smits and myself. I was responsible for the current day and compositing of the piece while Lou animated the flashbacks and added sound.
Compositing
Most of the piece is built from many small parts working together in After Effects. For this project it was important the present had a more grounded style so the transition would be clear. For this we used color, lighting and some 3D rendering in the introduction.
